Supported Devices
Lidar Scanner needs Apple's LiDAR sensor, which ships on Pro iPhones and recent iPad Pro models. Standard iPhones without LiDAR are not supported.

iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, and every Pro / Pro Max model since (13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, 16 Pro and newer).
iPad
iPad Pro 11" and 12.9" from 2020 onward — every iPad Pro that includes the LiDAR scanner.
Software
iOS / iPadOS 16 or later for RoomPlan room scanning. A recent iOS release is recommended for Object Capture.
